With over three decades of expertise, PRAA has successfully delivered a diverse portfolio of projects, including institutional, corporate, residential, and retail developments, as well as assignments for leading Oil and Gas companies.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Indore. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to architectural design, project management, and software integration, while gaining exposure to diverse projects across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative and functional architectural designs for luxury residential and commercial projects.
• Prepare construction documentation, specifications, and technical drawings.
• Create detailed 3D models, high-quality renderings, and walkthroughs for both interior and exterior designs.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project timelines, while maintaining design integrity and quality standards.
• Conduct site visits and surveys for accurate measurements and data collection.
• Assist in specifying materials and finishes, ensuring their accurate representation in drawings.
• Revise and update drawings based on project scope changes or client feedback.
• Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions for easy access.
• Review drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors to ensure design intent is properly executed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong skills in SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, and Photoshop for 3D modeling, rendering, and graphic presentations.
• Basic knowledge of building codes, construction methodologies, and architectural principles.
