Junior Architect

Job Title: Junior Architect
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Location: Delhi / NCR
Salary: Rs. 25,000 – Rs. 35,000 Per Month (Negotiable for the right candidate)
Joining: Immediate Joiner Preferred

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Architect with a strong grasp of design principles and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience and possess excellent knowledge of architectural design, working drawings, 3D modeling, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and presentations.
• Work on detailed working drawings, construction documents, and BOQs.
• Collaborate with senior architects, consultants, and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Conduct site visits to ensure project execution aligns with design specifications.
• Develop 3D models and renderings using software tools.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project requirements.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of professional architectural experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, V-Ray, Lumion, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
