Junior Architect

Position Overview:

The Junior Architect will support the design and execution of architectural projects, working closely with senior architects and project teams. The role involves preparing design drawings, coordinating with consultants, and assisting in on-site execution to ensure quality and timely completion of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:Design Support & Documentation

• Assist in preparing concept designs, detailed drawings, and working drawings.
• Support the development of 3D models, presentation drawings, and visualizations.
• Prepare and maintain BOQs, material specifications, and design documents.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency across all design documentation.

Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams for design integration.
• Work closely with the site execution team to ensure design intent is followed.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, consultants, and contractors.

Site & Execution Assistance

• Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and resolve design-related issues.
• Support senior architects in reviewing shop drawings and material approvals.
• Assist in preparing site reports and photo documentation.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all drawings comply with building codes and regulatory standards.
• Maintain organized records of design revisions and approvals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
• 1–4 years of experience in architecture, preferably in a construction or design-build company.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong design sense, technical knowledge, and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹11,315.73 - ₹25,667.05 per month
