Junior Architect

About the Role

We’re seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect with 1–3 years of professional experience to support our design and execution teams. Ideal candidates should be based in Bengaluru and fluent in English, with a keen interest in residential, commercial, and plotted layout developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the conceptual and schematic design of villas, apartments, plotted layouts, clubhouses, and commercial buildings.
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, presentations, and working drawings.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to ensure integrated project delivery.
• Participate in internal reviews, and site visits.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, local bye-laws, and regulatory guidelines.
• Contribute to documentation for approvals, tenders, and construction.
• Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and project managers during all design stages.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B. Arch) or Diploma in Architecture.
• 1–3 years of experience in architectural design and execution.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Basic understanding of construction detailing, materials, and site coordination.
• Strong communication, visualization, and teamwork skills.
• Must be based in Bangalore and fluent in English.
