Develop & Detail: Translate your initial ideas into comprehensive 2D drawings (plans, sections, elevations) and immersive 3D models using software like Revit, SketchUp, and Rhino. Materialize & Fabricate: Research and experiment with new materials and construction techniques. You'll be involved in creating prototypes and mock-ups to test your designs. Execute & Supervise: Take ownership of your projects on-site. You will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, vendors, and craftsmen to ensure the project is executed flawlessly, on time, and true to the design intent. Problem-Solve: Proactively identify and resolve design and construction challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. Qualification & Skills Experience: 2-3 years of proven professional experience in an architectural or design-build firm. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) or a related design field. Technical Proficiency: 2D/3D Software: High proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and/or Rhino. Rendering: Experience with V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape is a major plus. Graphics: Competency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Core Competencies: A strong portfolio showcasing creative design thinking, detailed drawings, and preferably, built work. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
