Junior Architect (Group Housing Projects)

Key Responsibilities

• Support design development and documentation for group-housing, high-rise residential and large-scale residential projects.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, HVAC, and electrical consultants and vendors to ensure design integrity and technical accuracy.
• Assist in preparing drawings, specifications, detailing and technical drawings for execution.
• Participate in site visits, liaise with contractors/vendors, track project progress and ensure compliance with drawings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants across all phases of the project: from concept to hand-over.
• Manage project documentation, revisions, approvals and support project tracking.

Required Skills & Qualification

• B.Arch is mandatory

• 0–4 years of experience in architecture, preferably with exposure to group-housing or large residential developments.

• Strong technical knowledge: good working understanding of architectural detailing, services coordination, construction documentation and execution processes.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with drawing standards, detailing and project delivery workflows.
• Ability to coordinate across disciplines (structural, MEP, HVAC, electrical) and communicate clearly with consultants and vendors.
• Motivated, organized, quality-focused individual who can work under guidance and gradually take higher responsibility.
• Good communication skills; a portfolio or sample work showing any relevant residential housing exposure will be an advantage.
