Junior Architect (Group Housing Projects)

As an Architect at our company based in Gurgaon, you will have the opportunity to work on end-to-end residential group housing projects. You will be responsible for supporting design, coordination, and execution across large-scale residential developments, with the potential to grow into taking full ownership of sub-projects. Key Responsibilities: - Support design development and documentation for group-housing, high-rise residential, and large-scale residential projects. - Coordinate with structural, MEP, HVAC, and electrical consultants and vendors to ensure design integrity and technical accuracy. - Assist in preparing drawings, specifications, detailing, and technical drawings for execution. - Participate in site visits, liaise with contractors/vendors, track project progress, and ensure compliance with drawings. - Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants across all phases of the project: from concept to hand-over. - Manage project documentation, revisions, approvals, and support project tracking. Required Skills & Qualifications: - B.Arch is mandatory. - 4 years of experience in architecture, preferably with exposure to group-housing or large residential developments. - Strong technical knowledge: good working understanding of architectural detailing, services coordination, construction documentation, and execution processes. - Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with drawing standards, detailing, and project delivery workflows. - Ability to coordinate across disciplines (structural, MEP, HVAC, electrical) and communicate clearly with consultants and vendors. - Motivated, organized, quality-focused individual who can work under guidance and gradually take higher responsibility. - Good communication skills; a portfolio or sample work showing any relevant residential housing exposure will be an advantage.
