As an Architect at BIM Crest, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of projects by leveraging your 05 years of experience and expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM). Your responsibilities will include developing and detailing architectural designs using BIM platforms, collaborating with structural and MEP teams, and ensuring design documentation accuracy at all project stages. Additionally, you will actively participate in design coordination meetings, conduct clash detection, and maintain model standards compliance. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution and possess proficiency in Autodesk Revit. Knowledge of Navisworks and AutoCAD would be advantageous. Job Description Supervise daily activities at site mainly concentrating on services works. Assist Project Manager in execution of activities. Execute work at site as per the drawings and specification. Coordinate with contractor ensuring quality of execution with safety and timely completion of job as per schedule. Monitor of services contractor work. Prepare MIS report (Daily report) Assist Project Manager in planning, scheduling, conducting, and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects. Prepare necessary billing documents for various packages and raise to the necessary parties in order to ensure timely payments. Review the quality of works and provide the mitigation measures. Responsible for implementation of QMP plan signed for project. Should able to prepare weekly and monthly progress trackers.
