Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory for this role, as it is crucial for drafting and designing architectural plans and layouts. Ability to create accurate 3D models to visualize architectural plans and concepts and ensure precision in renderings and presentations. Experience in schematic design to assist in the development of initial building concepts and layouts for projects. Conduct thorough site analysis to assess environmental, legal, and technical factors impacting architectural projects. Strong skills in space planning to design functional, efficient layouts that optimize the use of available space. Create detailed construction drawings to guide the construction process and ensure adherence to design specifications. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders during the design and building process. Keen attention to detail to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and precision in all architectural tasks.
