Job Summary: We are a design-focused architecture firm seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Office Manager to support the smooth running of our studio. This role is essential in maintaining an efficient, clean, and well-stocked workspace, managing day-to-day requirements, and coordinating external services to help the team function at its best. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the studio; coordinate with cleaning staff and service providers. Ensure the studio is well-organized and presentable at all times for clients and team members. Manage studio supplies — including stationery, pantry items, printer materials, and model-making essentials. Liaise with service personnel such as electricians, carpenters, internet providers, and general maintenance help when needed. Handle basic administrative tasks including courier dispatch, document printing/scanning, and vendor coordination. Provide support during meetings, presentations, and office events (arranging refreshments, seating, etc.). Assist with occasional design team requirements such as organizing material samples, model storage, or sourcing small items locally. Qualifications: Prior experience in office management, administration, or facilities support (experience in a creative or design office is a plus). Strong sense of organization and attention to detail. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to anticipate office needs. Comfortable using basic tech tools (emails, Google Workspace, WhatsApp, etc.). Good communication skills in English and local language. Friendly, dependable, and enjoys being a helpful presence in the workplace.
