Job Description

Manage the trade settlement process, including paper-based and ClearPar trades.
Coordinate with transaction management and operations teams for deal closing and portfolio administration tasks.
Ensure accurate and complete records of transactions, including fee reconciliation and collateral management.
Support functions, such as daily WIP calls and updates on middle office workstreams.
Assist in resolving queries arising from the daily reconciliation of Kroll Client and House accounts.
Run an annual collateral audit for deals under management or within assigned portfolios.
Create, send, and record all invoices and track their closure.
Receive post-closing invoices (e.g., from third-party service providers), record/recharge/reconcile them, and manage ad-hoc transaction activity.
Demonstrate high regard for organizational policies and procedures, accountability and ownership, and identify, analyze, prioritize, treat, and monitor risks effectively managing risk and business goals.
Manage process controls effectively and provide regular reports and action points to management, working to improve procedures and processes based on regular findings.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Finance or relevant experience.
Experience with loans systems such as Loan IQ, Clearpar, Loan Processer, and Loan Reconciliations.
Previous management/leadership experience in an operations environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work overtime as needed to support the team and ensure critical work is performed.
Flexible working in shifts.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
