Job Description

Language: Tamil, English, Hindi, and Kannada.

Required Skills: Skilled in building and nurturing B2B client relationships with a strong focus on business development and revenue growth. Trainers required for electronics software and hard ware.

Key Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design training programs tailored to customer-specific requirements in electronics and embedded systems.
Develop training materials and deliver sessions on electronics hardware/software, Industry 4.0, sensors, data analytics basics, Python, and machine learning.
Conduct customer visits to finalize training content, topics, and delivery approach; manage pre- and post-training assessments.
Monitor participant performance and prepare detailed training reports.
Deliver training sessions in multiple languages, including Tamil, English, Hindi, and Kannada.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor s in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering (BE).
15 20 years of relevant experience in Embedded Systems, Electronics, and technical training delivery.
