Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients and key decision-makers within the BFSI sector. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the needs, challenges, and trends within the BFSI industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their business objectives and tailor solutions accordingly. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations that address client needs and demonstrate the value of our offerings. ldentify new business opportunities through networking events, industry conferences, and other channels. Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities within the BFSI sector. Meet or exceed sales targets and KRAs set by the management. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to the management team.
