Role Description

This is a contract role for a Junior AI Engineer, based in Pune with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work-from-home flexibility. The Junior AI Engineer will assist in the design, development, and implementation of AI-based solutions. Core responsibilities include creating and maintaining neural network models, supporting natural language processing (NLP) projects, contributing to software development tasks, and applying pattern recognition techniques. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve real-world problems using AI technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development principles
• Proficiency in Neural Networks and Pattern Recognition methodologies
• Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and applications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
• Familiarity with tools and frameworks used in AI development (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) is an advantage
• Previous internship or experience in AI development is a plus, but not mandatory
