Junior AI Engineer

Role Overview: As a member of the team at Rezo.AI, you will be responsible for training and fine-tuning AI bots using internal tools and datasets. Your role will involve working with cross-functional teams to gather training requirements and feedback, maintaining and updating training documentation and workflows, as well as monitoring bot performance to suggest improvements based on user interactions. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills, have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data handling and analysis, and the ability to understand conversational flows while training AI bots effectively.
