Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Entry and processing of 

    HR-One related expenses and journal entries

  • Maintain and oversee 

    day-to-day accounting entries

     in Tally/ERP
  • Handle and maintain 

    petty cash

    , stock purchase invoices, and supporting documents
  • Filing and organizing 

    physical and digital documents

     related to purchases and factory operations
  • Follow up with vendors and internal teams for 

    ledger entries

     and timely submissions
  • Maintain and update 

    internal ledgers

    , vouchers, and expense records
  • Provide assistance to the accounts head in reconciliation and documentation audits

Key Skills:

  • Basic accounting knowledge with working experience in accounts/HR processes
  • Familiarity with HR-One or similar software is a plus
  • Good documentation, follow-up, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage day-to-day factory-related finance operations
