Junior Accounts Executive

Job Title: Accounts Executive (Fresher – 1 Year Experience)
Location: LGF, NS-15, near Peera Garhi, Block NS, Mianwali Nagar, Paschim Vihar, Delhi, 110087
Experience Required: 0 to 1 year
Employment Type: Full-Time
Joining: Immediate preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting entries in Tally and Busy software.
• Maintain purchase, sales, expense records, and ledger entries.
• Assist with GST, TDS filings, and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare and update Excel sheets for reporting and reconciliation.
• Perform bank reconciliation and assist in audit preparations.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and vouchers.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments as required.

Required Skills:

• Working knowledge of Tally, Busy, and Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and taxation.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a finance/accounting role.

Qualifications:

• B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent degree.
• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in accounting.
