Junior Accountant

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain financial records, and support the preparation of financial reports Key Responsibilities: Assist with preparing financial statements and reports Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system Support month-end and year-end close processes Reconcile bank statements and ledgers Process accounts payable and receivable Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments Assist with audits and tax filings Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records Perform data entry and administrative tasks as needed Collaborate with team members to improve financial procedures Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 0–2 years of relevant accounting experience Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., EXCEL SOFTWARE) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Accounting: 2 years (Preferred) total work: 3 years (Preferred) A/R Analysis: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
