TOUR PACKAGE COORDINATOR

A tour package coordinator's responsibilities include: Planning itineraries : Create itineraries that meet the needs and preferences of clients, including selecting destinations, booking accommodations, and arranging transportation Managing client relationships : Understand clients' travel needs and preferences, and provide information about destinations Working with vendors : Collaborate with vendors like hotels, airlines, and transportation providers to secure services for the trip Handling logistics : Ensure travel logistics are handled with attention to detail Managing issues : Handle issues and emergencies that arise during tours Maintaining records : Keep accurate records of bookings, client interactions, and sales activities Promoting tours : Promote tours and create packages with marketing teams Supporting staff : Provide support to tour guides and staff, including training and supervision Conducting evaluations : Conduct post-tour evaluations and analyses, and report the results Ensuring compliance : Ensure compliance with travel and safety regulations Tour package coordinators should have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a flexible approach to work%% Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Ability to commute/relocate: Laxmi Nagar, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Travel planning: 1 year (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
