Job Description

Position: Junior Accountant
No. of Positions: 1
Experience Required: 2–3 Years’ experience with (Tally Prime proficiency 1yr experience)

Skill : Advance Excel, Tally , Ms word
Salary Range: Up to ₹10,000 to 12000 per month, 3 Months’ Probation
Education Qualification: B.Com / M.Com

Job Responsibilities

· Recording day-to-day financial transactions in Tally as per instructions from senior accountant.

Assisting in the preparation and entry of vouchers, including sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
Ensuring timely and accurate data entry of financial information and supporting documents.
Organizing and maintaining physical and digital records of vouchers, invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
Performing basic reconciliation tasks such as bank reconciliations and ledger matching under supervision.
Assisting with GST data compilation and preparation of returns as directed.
Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, including data collation and verification.
Preparing Excel spreadsheets for internal reporting and data tracking as required.
Coordinating with internal teams to collect and verify transaction-related information.
Learning and adhering to standard accounting procedures, compliance guidelines, and documentation practices.
Continuously improving knowledge of accounting software (Tally), MS Office tools, and basic accounting principles.
