Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to overall financial health. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and has a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, billing, and bank reconciliations
Prepare and maintain financial statements, reports, and records
Monitor project budgets and track expenses related to interior design and contracting projects
Handle GST, TDS, and other tax compliance requirements
Work closely with project managers to ensure accurate cost tracking and client billing
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients on payment follow-ups and invoicing
Assist in monthly and annual financial closing and audits
Ensure compliance with accounting policies, standards, and regulations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years of accounting experience (experience in interior design/construction industry is a plus)
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or Zoho Books)
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
