Job Description

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
0–2 years of accounting experience (freshers with strong knowledge can also apply).
Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and other compliance processes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate accounting records, including data entry of daily transactions in Tally and other accounting software.
Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes (vendor bills, customer invoices, and payments).
Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash, and journal entries.
Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documentation.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance under the supervision of the Senior Accountant.
Support monthly and yearly closing activities, including preparation of financial reports.
Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Sales, and Procurement) for accounting-related matters.
Maintain confidentiality of financial data and adhere to company policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
