Junior Accountant

As an experienced Accountant, you will be responsible for utilizing accounting software such as Zoho Books for accurate data entry and report generation. Your duties will include performing bank reconciliations, monitoring cash flow, supporting financial closings, and preparing various financial reports. Additionally, you will assist in budget preparation, expense management, and ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory standards. Collaborating with vendors and internal departments on billing issues will also be part of your role, along with maintaining general ledger and financial records. To excel in this role, you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and possess at least 12 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping. A solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic knowledge of accounting software. Experience with Zoho Books is highly preferred. Your strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time-management skills will contribute to your success in this position. You should be capable of working both independently and as part of a team. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and a remote work location.
