Junior Accountant( C.A Firm)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Accountant to support our finance department with day-to-day accounting tasks. The successful candidate will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and supporting the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date ledgers, journals, and other financial records.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense claims.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Help prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Assist in internal and external audits.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Perform general administrative duties as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience (internship experience may be considered).
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working towards or completed a professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CIMA).
• Experience in [specific industry, e.g., manufacturing, retail, services].

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
