Job Title: Junior Accountant

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Junior Accountant with a strong background in accounting operations within a manufacturing or warehouse environment. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Tally and MS Excel and capable of handling day-to-day accounting tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and daily financial records.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliation, and payment processing.
• Prepare and maintain stock, purchase, and sales records.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.
• Support in preparation of financial reports and audits.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices, bills, and vouchers.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for account-related queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
• Experience: 3–5 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setup.
• Technical Skills:
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, etc.).
• Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances.
• Other Skills:
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,600.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month
