Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to support our finance department in day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for candidates looking to grow their accounting career in a fast-paced FMCG or food processing environment.

Key Responsibilities1. Bookkeeping & Documentation

• Record daily financial transactions accurately
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and petty cash balances

2. Financial Reporting Support

• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements
• Support budgeting processes and variance analysis

3. Taxation & Compliance

• Assist in the calculation and filing of GST and TDS
• Maintain statutory records for audit and compliance

4. Inventory Accounting

• Record inventory transactions and raw material usage
• Assist in physical stock counts and reconciliations

5. ERP & System Operations

• Enter and maintain accounting data in Tally/SAP
• Organize and manage digital financial records

Candidate ProfileEducation:

• B.Com / M.Com in Accounting or Finance

Experience:

• 1–3 years in accounting or finance (Internships with similar responsibilities may be considered)
• Prior experience in FMCG or food processing is an advantage

Technical Skills:

• Working knowledge of accounting principles and standards
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Basic Formulas)
• Familiarity with Tally or SAP is preferred

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment
