Job Description

As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be assisting US customers with troubleshooting cloud storage platforms such as Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive. Your role will involve helping users recover lost files, resolve sync errors, and address permissions issues. Additionally, you will provide support for account setup, storage management, and backup scheduling. You will also guide customers through the integration of these platforms with desktop and mobile apps.
