Key Responsibilities: Help users recover lost files, sync errors, and permissions issues. Provide support for account setup, storage management, and backup scheduling. Guide through integration with desktop/mobile apps. Requirements: Basic understanding of cloud storage services. Excellent verbal and written English communication. 1 year of technical support or BPO experience preferred.
