You will be joining as a Technical Support Advisor to assist US customers in troubleshooting cloud storage platforms such as Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive. Your primary responsibilities will include helping users recover lost files, address sync errors, permissions issues, provide support for account setup, storage management, and backup scheduling, as well as guiding them through integration with desktop and mobile apps. To excel in this role, you should have a basic understanding of cloud storage services, possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills, and ideally have at least 1 year of technical support or BPO experience. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Mohali, India, with night shift timings aligned with US time zones. You will be required to work in person at the designated location.
