Job Profile

l Provide Software support to Clients.l Provide Software training to Clients.l Attend in progress calls with Live chatl Attend Voicemailsl Installation of Desktop and Cloud.l Report bug issues to developers.l Emails to clients.

Job Requirements

l Good Command over the English language.

l Experienced Candidate Worked In BPO/Call Center Preferred

l I.T/Software Knowledge required.l Experience - 2 or More years.l Willing to work in Night shifts.
