Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat. The candidate for this role will be responsible for day-to-day tasks that may include software development, customer support, quality assurance, and implementation of hotel software solutions. The candidate will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in software support and /or similar roles
• Customer support and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of hotel/motel industry software
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work on-site in Surat
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
