Role Description -

This is a full-time, work-from-home position for a Jr. Talent Manager. The Jr. Talent Manager will be responsible for managing talent relations, facilitating brand partnerships, and overseeing campaign execution. Key responsibilities include coordinating with creators, maintaining timely communication with stakeholders, and supporting the development of tailored strategies to enhance creator growth and brand engagement. The person will also be required to maintain and update a campaign execution Excel sheet regularly to ensure accurate tracking and smooth workflow.

Qualifications & Qualities-

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills to work closely with creators and clients.
• Proficiency in talent management, brand partnership coordination, and campaign execution.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, and understanding the influencer ecosystem is preferred.
• Proactive mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field is advantageous.
