As a Jr. Talent Manager, you will be responsible for managing talent relations, facilitating brand partnerships, and overseeing campaign execution. Your key responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with creators and clients to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. - Maintaining timely communication with stakeholders to keep them updated on project progress. - Supporting the development of tailored strategies to enhance creator growth and brand engagement. - Updating and maintaining a campaign execution Excel sheet regularly for accurate tracking and workflow efficiency. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities: - Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills. - Proficiency in talent management, brand partnership coordination, and campaign execution. - Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively. - Preferably, experience in social media management, digital marketing, and understanding the influencer ecosystem. - Proactive mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent problem-solving skills. - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field would be advantageous.
