Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Studio Artist to join our team. The artist will work in a dynamic studio environment, collaborating with fellow artists, designers, and clients to create a variety of artworks, workshops & training. The ideal candidate is skilled in various artistic techniques, has an eye for detail, and can bring original ideas to life. You will be involved in the entire creative process, from concept development to final production. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Art Creation: Produce high-quality artworks using a variety of mediums (painting, drawing, digital tools, etc.) based on project requirements.
• Trainer: You'll be the teacher to kids & adult classes and sessions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with art directors, designers, and other team members to interpret creative briefs and develop original designs or illustrations.
• Concept Development: Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for different projects, adapting to the style and needs of the client or studio.
• Events: Corporate workshops & art fun for kids, end to end execution.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining high artistic standards.
• Studio Maintenance: Ensure that the studio environment is kept clean and organized, manage materials, and keep tools in good condition.
• Feedback Integration: Revise and adjust artwork & trainings based on feedback from the team or clients.
• Research: Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and materials to continuously improve artistic output.
