As a Studio Artist at Rajni Dutta Art & Design, you will be an integral part of our dynamic studio team, working collaboratively with artists, designers, and clients to bring various artistic projects to life. Your role will involve utilizing your creative skills and artistic techniques to produce high-quality artworks, conduct engaging art classes, and participate in workshops. You will have the opportunity to contribute to concept development, project management, and studio maintenance, ensuring that our artistic output meets high standards. Key Responsibilities: - Produce high-quality artworks using a variety of mediums such as painting, drawing, and digital tools, according to project requirements. - Conduct art classes and training sessions for both kids and adults, fostering creativity and artistic growth. - Collaborate closely with art directors, designers, and team members to interpret creative briefs and develop original designs and illustrations. - Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for projects, adapting to client or studio styles and needs. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and maintaining high artistic standards. - Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, manage materials, and keep tools in good condition. - Revise and adjust artworks and training materials based on feedback from the team or clients. - Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and materials to continuously improve artistic output. In addition to the above responsibilities, you will be involved in corporate workshops and art activities for kids, contributing to the end-to-end execution of events. The selection process includes sharing your CV and portfolio, telephonic screening, a skill test at the studio, an interview with Rajni, and finalizing your candidature for the position.
