Role Overview: In this role at InerG, Inc., you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the energy industry by utilizing the technology platform, digital tools, and innovative approaches. As a Senior Solution Engineer (SSE), you will act as a champion for customer needs, building and maintaining strong relationships with customer executives and business line leaders. Your responsibilities will include ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, driving renewals, and identifying solution growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic leadership for customer retention, addressing and resolving customer concerns, and executing action plans. - Facilitate and lead cross-functional teams effectively. - Deliver product insight and strategy advice for sales enablement. - Act as a customer advocate internally, ensuring timely and positive outcomes and providing feedback for product improvements. - Take ownership of customer onboarding, training, and issue resolution. - Conduct product testing and troubleshooting. - Build strong, trusted, and influential customer relationships. - Understand customers' business environment, challenges, goals, and initiatives to drive customer satisfaction and adoption. - Champion the delivery of superior value by incorporating customer desires into new products or releases. - Establish strategic plans with new customers to maximize desired business outcomes. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or equivalent. - Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
