About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Junior Software Developer who has basic programming knowledge and a strong desire to learn. You will work with our development team, support real project tasks, and gain hands-on experience in software development and databases.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in the development and enhancement of software applications under the guidance of senior developers.
• Analyze and understand the functionality of our web-based platforms and backend systems.
• Work in an Agile, team-based environment and contribute to daily standups, sprint activities, and collaborative tasks.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to customer experience and platform usability.
• Gain practical exposure to various database technologies including SQL and NoSQL systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support development tasks and deliver quality solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of software development fundamentals, including object-oriented programming (OOP) concepts using C/C++, C#, or Java, along with SQL/NoSQL databases (tables, primary/foreign keys, simple queries), and APIs.
• Understanding Agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience or basic understanding of Angular and front-end development concepts.
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (optional but beneficial).
• Internship experience (preferred but not mandatory).
