Job Description

As a Procurement Assistant in the Purchase department located in Ambad, Nashik, your primary role will be to assist in the procurement process for raw materials, tools, spare parts, and consumables required for production. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating and processing purchase orders (POs) in the system. - Collecting quotations from suppliers and preparing comparative statements. - Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data. - Following up with vendors for timely delivery and resolving any delivery or quality issues. - Coordinating with stores and production departments to track inventory levels and requirements. - Supporting in vendor evaluation and performance tracking. - Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures for procurement. - Maintaining documentation and assisting in audit-related queries. Qualification Required: - Any Graduate Experience Required: - 2+ years Salary: - 20k-25k Key skill: - Must have excellent English communication skills. Note: - Looking for immediate joiners only In this role, you will be working full-time in a day shift at the company's location in person.,
