Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Operations Executive to support day-to-day operational activities at LILO. The ideal candidate should be organized, quick to learn, and passionate about ensuring smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in daily operational tasks across processing centers, kiosks, and delivery workflows.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
Monitor inventory levels, stocks, and materials at kiosks and report shortages.
Support logistics planning and ensure timely movement of goods.
Maintain documentation, records, and reports related to operations.
Conduct regular checks to ensure operational standards and procedures are followed.
Handle basic customer support or store-related queries when required.
Assist in identifying operational issues and report them to the senior team.
Provide on-ground operational support during peak hours or special campaigns.

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (any stream).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Good organizational and problem-solving ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets is an added advantage.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel within the assigned region if required.
Freshers with interest in operations and management are welcome to apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
