JOB DESCRIPTION

-Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations across departments.

-Support policies, procedures, and service standards.

-Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth functioning.

-Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.

-Address guest queries, concerns, and escalated issues.

-Liaise with housekeeping and other departments for guest requirements.

-Maintain records of guest details, payments, and room assignments.

PROFILE

-Experience: 1- 2 years in hospitality operations, front office or similar roles.

-Industry: Hospitality, Hotel Management.

-Skills: Excellent Communication negotiation and organizational skills. Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of hotel management systems and industry best practices.

-Degree: Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or relevant field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,707.19 - ₹33,505.44 per month
