Location: Gurugram Experience: 2–3 Years Education: MBA in Marketing, Digital Strategy, or Communication Detailed Job Description: We are seeking a data-driven and ROI-focused Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms. You’ll be responsible for campaign setup, budgeting, A/B testing, landing page optimization, and audience targeting. A key part of your role is to analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Facebook Business Manager, and SEMrush, and present actionable insights to the marketing and product teams. The role also includes managing creatives, collaborating with content and design teams, and improving user acquisition cost and ROAS.
