● Manage and develop relationships with assigned customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
● Assist in identifying the needs of the customer and act as a POC for quick redressal of customer complaints.
● Participate in regular meetings with key clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
● Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments (marketing, customer support, etc.) to deliver on customer requirements.
● Monitor and keep updates on customers in terms of new store openings or any significant business decisions through online media and report the same to the concerned sales POC.
● Provide timely reporting on account status, sales activity, and performance to the concerned sales POC.
● Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and reports tailored to key clients, with a strategic focus on increasing their monthly order value by identifying opportunities for upselling.
● Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
● Basic understanding of sales principles and key account management practices.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple accounts effectively.
● Work with industry-leading HoReCa clients.
● Exposure to startup dynamics.
● Quarterly appraisals for achieving targets.
