About the Role:

IT Recruiter

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements and collaborate with department heads to define role specifications.
• Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Coordinate technical assessments and interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
• Manage the offer and onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment (preferably in a tech company or staffing firm).
• Strong understanding of technical roles and terminology (e.g., React Native, Flutter, AI, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple hiring requirements.
• Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
