Jr. IT Executive

QUALIFICATION: Diploma in Hardware & Networking EXPERIENCE: Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking. Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with end-users and documenting technical information. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Attention to Detail: Careful and thorough approach to ensuring IT systems are functioning properly. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Managing IT Service Desk And Providing Technical Support , Technical Voice Support Over Telephone ,By Remote Tools, By E-Mail, and also by face-to-face to Business users or End Users. 2.Manage system administration, Desktop Support, Remote Support, Hardware and Software implementation and support , Installing & Troubleshooting Of Microsoft Outlook. 3. Assist in the planning and implementation of IT projects, including system upgrades and new technology deployments. 4. Maintain accurate records of IT assets, configurations, and changes. Prepare reports on IT performance, incidents, and projects. 5. Ensure IT systems comply with relevant security policies and regulations. Monitor for security threats and implement measures to protect organizational data. 6. Stay updated on the latest IT trends and technologies. Recommend improvements to IT systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. 7. Monitor and maintain network performance, including local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN). Ensure network security and manage firewall, VPN, and other security measures. 8. Managing And Maintaining More Than 250 Desktops , Laptops , & Thin client and Printers (LaserJet, Passbook, Statement) , and Scanners In Domain Controller Environment.
