Jr. Interior Designer

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to create designs based on conversations with a client. The candidate should be confident communicating regularly with the client in order to assess their needs and be able to adjust a given approach based on feedback. The candidate should maintain familiarity with the interior design landscape and trends in order to provide the best ideas for clients. · Develops design concepts and produces contract documents based on client needs. · Takes accurate as-built measurements for developing floor plans and elevations. · Creates design concepts and digital presentations with finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures. · Presents design concepts and takes detailed notes to address customer requests. · Creates project budgets and maintains up-to-date documentation of all activities. · Manages the coordination and logistics of product deliveries and installation. · Provides follow-up support with customers. Education: Certification course in Interior Designing from any reputed Institute Diploma or Bachelor degree in Designing. Skills: · Knowledge of preparing designs in 2D & 3D · Knowledge of building and accessible codes · Familiarity with all phases of projects, potential issues, and proven history to produce projects · Knowledge of industry construction costs and material costs · Basic ability to prepare furniture cost estimates · Creative eye for detail in preparation of design presentation materials Strong creative and communication skills Demonstrated ability to execute Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for clients Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift  Work Location: In person Show more Show less
