Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Junior HR Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development of job descriptions and job postings to attract qualified candidates. 2. Utilize various recruiting platforms to source potential candidates. 3. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions. 4. Conduct phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. 5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates. 6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records. 7. Preparation of job offers 8. Coordinate on boarding activities for new hires. 9. Assist in other HR-related tasks. Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field Freshers are preferred
