Job Description

  • LOI Issuance

    : Prepare and share Letter of Intent (LOI) with selected candidates in a timely manner.
  • Pre-Onboarding & Onboarding

    : Coordinate with new joiners for documentation, induction scheduling, welcome communication, and joining formalities.
  • Appointment Letters

    : Issue appointment letters and ensure collection of signed copies for records.
  • Personal File Maintenance

    : Maintain up-to-date physical and digital personal files of all employees.
  • Employee Engagement Initiatives

    : Drive employee engagement activities in consultation with seniors.
  • New Employee Feedback

    : Coordinate 45-day feedback from new employees and schedule meetings with Head HR.
  • Exit Process Coordination

    : Facilitate exit formalities, clearance forms, and documentation for separated employees.
  • PMS Activities

    : Support the Performance Management System (PMS) by following up with divisions for timely submissions and updates.
  • HRMIS & Tracker Updates

    : Regularly update trackers related to onboarding, feedback, PMS, and exits.
