Jr. HR & Finance Executive

As a Junior HR & Finance Executive in Pune, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities in the Human Resources and Finance & Accounts domains. **Role Overview:** You will be assisting in recruitment activities such as posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. Additionally, you will support onboarding and exit formalities, maintain employee records, and manage HR documentation. In the Finance & Accounts domain, you will assist in daily accounting operations, process vendor invoices, support month-end financial closure, and prepare basic financial summaries. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist in recruitment activities including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates. - Support onboarding and exit formalities, including document collection and induction. - Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems. - Manage HR documentation such as appointment letters, confirmations, and personnel files. - Handle employee engagement activities and internal communication. - Assist in compliance activities like PF, ESI, and statutory reporting. - Assist in daily accounting operations including vouchers, bills, and data entry. - Process vendor invoices, reimbursements, and manage petty cash. - Support month-end financial closure and expense reconciliation. - Coordinate with external auditors or CA for required documentation. - Prepare basic financial summaries or MIS reports as instructed. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Human Resources (MBA preferred). - 0-2 years of experience in HR or finance roles (internship experience acceptable for fresher level). - Basic knowledge of HR processes and accounting principles. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic ERP tools. - Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. - Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
