Job Description

Job Title: JR. HR Executive (Female Only)

Location: Vadodara
Company: UGES PowerMax Pvt. Ltd

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our team in the wind and solar industry. The ideal candidate should possess a good understanding of HR Knowledge

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Support

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various job portals.
  • Screen resumes and assist in shortlisting candidates as per job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates during each recruitment stage.

2. Onboarding and Orientation

  • Manage onboarding formalities including document collection, welcome packs, and orientation sessions.
  • Introduce new employees to company policies, procedures, and work culture.
  • Maintain accurate onboarding records and ensure timely completion.

3. Employee Records & Database Management

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR software or spreadsheets.
  • Ensure accuracy in personal information, leave records, training, and other data.
  • Assist in generating HR reports as required.

4. Training and Development

  • Track and monitor employee training schedules, certifications, and compliance training.
  • Coordinate training sessions, including logistics and preparation of training materials.

5. Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as birthday celebrations, festival events, team-building programs, and wellness initiatives.
  • Gather employee feedback to support engagement improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in developing a positive workplace culture.

6. Compliance Management

  • Assist in ensuring adherence to Labour Laws, Factory Act, Contract Labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act (CLRA), and other applicable statutory compliance.
  • Help maintain records and documentation for PF, ESIC, gratuity, professional tax, and other statutory requirements.

7. General Administrative Support

  • Handle HR administrative tasks, including preparation of letters, memos, and reports.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and assist senior HR personnel in various HR initiatives.

Qualifications

Education:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:
0 – 2 years

Skills:

  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication Skill in English, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
