Role Overview We are looking for a Jr. Graphic Designer Faculty with 0–2 years of experience in design and a strong passion for teaching. The ideal candidate should be skilled in leading design tools, have good communication abilities, and be eager to mentor aspiring designers. This is a full-time, on-campus role in Jaipur. Key Responsibilities Conduct classroom training sessions for students in Graphic Design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Canva, InDesign). Assist students in assignments, practice exercises, and portfolio building. Provide creative guidance and feedback on student projects. Support senior faculty in course delivery and curriculum development. Contribute to institute projects, workshops, and events as required. Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and industry practices to deliver relevant training. Ensure student engagement, progress tracking, and doubt-solving in class. Maintain a professional and motivating classroom environment. Skills & Competencies Required Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, Canva, Adobe InDesign. Strong design sense, creativity, and portfolio demonstrating skills. Ability to explain concepts in simple, engaging ways. Good communication and presentation skills in Hindi & English. Team player with a positive, student-first attitude. Ability to manage classroom discipline, time, and deadlines. Eligibility Criteria Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong skills and portfolio are welcome). Education: Degree/Diploma is not mandatory. Skillset and portfolio are valued more.
